I did my PowerPoint on Comb Jellies. They are part of the Ctenophora phylum. Their most distinctive feature, which also happens to be their form of transportation, is their cilia or "combs". All ctenophoras are carnivores. There are roughly 100-150 validated species, and another 25 of undescribed or named ctenophoras located around the world.
Comb Jellies are known for being maginifcently, beautiful creatures due to their transparent bodies with biolumenscent lights making them flash pretty colours. However, deep-living comb jellies are very pigmented rather then transparent. They reproduce mainly through sexual reproction, however they have the ability to produce asexually on occasion.
